Olympus 1997 Mylez Edwards and Dauphine Sowell

Mylez Edwards form Jacksonville, FL and Dauphine Sowell form Atlanta were the winners of the second Mr. and Ms Olympus Leather Contest at the Le Petit Theatre in the French Quarter of New Orleans, LA. The runner-up among the women was Karen Matroni and Charles Garrett, both from Florida. There was a total of eight contestants and Kay Hallanger emceed the show.
The step downs by the first Olympus titleholders Daddy Flo and Ron Hendon were unique and spectacular. Daddy Flo used the opportunity to celebrate a Holy Union with her lover, Cheryl Wilcox.
The judging panel included Ron Hendon, Daddy Flo, International Ms Leather 1996 Jill Carter and Lorna Pierce. The tally master was Mr. Louisiana Leather 1995 John Taylor.
Piggy was the next International Mr. Saliva.
